Why show price history?
In the traditional Egyptian market, pricing information lives underground. The broker knows, the developer knows, and the buyer guesses. Diarak changes the rules: every price change on any listing is recorded publicly and appears in the price-history log.
What we show
- Every price change on every listing — timestamp, old price, new price, percentage change.
- Compound monthly average price over the past 12 months.
- Trend indicator — is the compound appreciating or deflating?
- Comparison with similar compounds in the same area.
Where does the data come from?
- Price edits made directly on the platform, timestamped automatically.
- Completed deals recorded through the system.
- AI-extracted data from public sources (Telegram, Google) after verification.
How to use it
- Buyer: see whether the seller has cut the price before — a signal for negotiation.
- Seller: understand market movement in your area before setting a price.
- Investor: pick compounds trending upward long term.
- Broker: advise your client with data, not guesses.
Privacy
Price history is shown anonymously. A seller's name or phone is never displayed alongside historical prices — only numbers and dates.
