- Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, cookies for performance.
2. How we use your data
- To create your account and publish listings.
- To connect buyers with sellers/brokers and facilitate deals.
- To compute AI fair-price estimates and AI features.
- To verify broker identity before approval.
- To send essential account notifications (we do not send marketing without your consent).
- To comply with legal obligations (taxes, anti-fraud, lawful requests).
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We only share it with:
- The broker or seller when you send an inquiry — after your explicit consent to reveal your number.
- Approved technology service providers (hosting, analytics) under confidentiality agreements.
- Government authorities when a court order or lawful request requires it.
4. Your rights
- Access your data and request a copy.
- Correct or update inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and data (except what we must retain by law).
