Welcome to Diarak. By using the platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- Platform: the Diarak website, apps, and services.
- User: anyone using the platform as a buyer, seller, broker, or developer.
- Listing: a resale unit published on the platform.
2. Account registration
You must be 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Any activity on your account is your responsibility.
3. Listings
- Listings expire automatically after 72 hours to keep the market fresh.
- Listings must be accurate and genuine — no fake or duplicate posts.
- We may refuse or remove any listing that fails quality standards or violates law.
- We do not warrant the accuracy of listing content — that is the publisher's responsibility.
4. The platform's role
Diarak is a marketplace connecting parties (buyers, sellers, brokers). We are not a real-estate agent and not a party to any contract. Any agreement made off-platform is between those parties alone.
5. Brokers
Brokers may use the platform after verifying their license and identity. It is prohibited to:
- impersonate another broker;
- publish fake contact details;
- list units that are not actually available.
Violations lead to account suspension and a credit-score penalty.
6. Intellectual property
The logo, design, content, and technology are owned by Diarak. Reproduction or reuse without written permission is not allowed.
7. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant it will be error-free or uninterrupted. The AI Fair Price is an indicative estimate, not a certified valuation.
8. Account termination
We may terminate any account that violates these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from settings.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any dispute is resolved before the competent courts of Cairo.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
